Change is the constant context of our working lives, yet we often overlook how it feels to move through it. My work explores how people experience and navigate change both within themselves and the systems they inhabit.
My work is deeply personal. Rooted in academic research on health and identity, I created Hormones to Health after navigating significant health challenges, of severe heart failure, as well as the natural process of perimenopause. I have been proud to be able to support myself whilst managing a career. This is why my heart is to see more people do exactly that and thrive during such profound transformation.
I believe that true transformation requires more than a new roadmap; it requires an understanding of the human nervous system and the shifting identities of those involved. My work focuses on how individuals lead themselves through transition, reclaiming clarity and confidence when the environment around them is in motion.
Whether the change is structural or cultural, the human experience has to be at the centre.
